With 7.2 months of inventory and homes averaging 41 days on market, conditions are leaning toward a buyer’s market. This means buyers have more time, more choice, and greater negotiating power. We are seeing some softening in prices in certain segments—particularly townhomes—while condos have shown some upward movement, and detached homes have remained relatively stable overall.
