Chilliwack and District has remained an active market even in the Summer. Prices are holding stable when compared to last year. New listings are still coming on the market. Sellers need to price their homes keenly for quicker sales. There are currently 1,418 homes listed in Chilliwack and Surrounding areas, which is higher when compared to this time last year. Buyers are putting in subjects and doing their due diligence. However, we are seeing some multiple offer situations. NOW is the time to take advantage of the LOW prices!!
