Inventory is remaining steady. The market in Chilliwack is doing well. There are currently 1,111 homes listed in Chilliwack and Surrounding areas, slightly lower than last month. The average days on market are 42 days, which has gone up a bit as we approach the Holiday Season. Chilliwack has seen an 0.1% increase in prices for detached homes when compared to last year at this time. Overall, prices have gone up when compared to last year at this time.
