Inventory has again increased in the past month. The market in Chilliwack is going steady. There are currently 1,185 homes listed in Chilliwack in and Surrounding areas, slightly higher than last month. The average days on market are 35 days, which has gone up a bit. Chilliwack has seen an 14.1% increase in prices for detached homes when compared to last year at this time. Overall, prices have gone up when compared to last year at this time.
