Inventory has again increased in the past month. The market in Chilliwack is still going steady. There are currently 1,086 homes listed in Chilliwack in and Surrounding areas, slightly higher than last month. The average days on market are 26 days, which has gone down a bit. Chilliwack has seen an 8.9% decrease in prices for detached homes when compared to last year at this time. Overall, prices have gone up when compared to last year at this time.
