The inventory is still on the lower side for a spring market. The market in Chilliwack has been going strong now for these past 2 months. We are having a great spring market. There are currently only 896 homes listed in Chilliwack in and Surrounding areas, slightly higher than last month. Homes are starting to get multiple offers in situations where they are priced really well. The average days on market are only 30 days, which has gone down again. Chilliwack has seen an -16.6% decrease in prices for detached homes when compared to last year at this time. That number has actually gone up compared to last month. Which means prices have started to go back up again. We have seen a 6% price increase on average in Chilliwack. Most buyers are still putting in subjects and doing their due diligence but we are seeing some subject free offers again.
